4. Exams, Results & Evaluation
All exam-related decisions, including evaluation methodology, rankings, scores, and results, are final and binding. Any form of malpractice, impersonation, or misuse may result in disqualification without refund.
5. Payments, Digital Content & Refunds
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
When purchasing or accessing digital content, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that the content meets their requirements and that their device, software, and internet connectivity meet the necessary technical specifications.
No refunds will be provided for cases where platform restrictions, compatibility issues, or system requirements were not reviewed prior to purchase.
