Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided for services offered by IGNITIA Edutech.
1. Registration & Exam Fees
All registration, exam, and program fees are non-refundable once registration is completed, including cases of non-attendance.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors, the excess amount will be refunded after verification. Issues must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Exam Cancellation by IGNITIA Edutech
If an exam or program is cancelled by IGNITIA Edutech, a full refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
4. Change of Exam Date or Format
Changes in exam schedule or format do not qualify for refunds.
5. Technical Issues
Refunds are not applicable for user-side technical issues such as internet failure, device incompatibility, or power outages.
6. Digital Content & Downloads
Fees paid for downloadable or digital content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment gateway.
